You are on the land of the "tanche", the olive-tree producing the famous oil from Nyons. Visit an olive grove with 3 thousand-year-old trees... please bow! Then, visit an oil mill with the owners: the Farnoux family.

Taste different types of olive oils and other olive-based creations. On your way back to Saint Paul, visit an uncommon cellar "Chez Pegy" and taste her wine. Enjoy your dinner at the "Table de l'Esplan" , with a festival of flavours! Rest in our calm and charming Mansion and enjoy the 3 olive trees next to the fountain! On the following day, workshop at the "Institut du Monde de l’Olivier" where you will create your own massage oil with olive oil and your favourite essential oils... Taste the "olive meal" with the special olive bread created for Lance Armstrong!

The Hotel is situated in the heart of a typical village of Provence. L'Esplan also organizes (From November to March) Truflle week-ends.
